Teacher of Biology and Chemistry and Didactic Director of Irfan Ngjeqari Non-Public Gymnasium. She completed “Babë Dudë Karbunara” secondary school (1974–1978) and graduated from the University of Tirana, Faculty of Natural Sciences, Biology-Chemistry (1978–1982), as a secondary-school Chemistry and Biology teacher. She speaks Russian and English and holds the first professional qualification grade.

Her teaching career began at Malinat primary school (1982–1983), then Velabisht Agricultural Secondary School (1983–1989) and Starovë Secondary School (1989–1996). At Starovë she also served as director (1996–1998).

In education administration she was an inspector in the Education Directorate, Qualification Support-Control section (1998–2002); chief inspector in the same section (2002–2004); head of the Inspection Sector in the Regional Education Directorate (2004–2006); and inspector in the Inspection Sector of the Regional Education Directorate (2006–2010).

She continued in leadership roles: deputy director of “Shyqyri Lakra” Combined Secondary School (2010–2014); director of “Babë Dudë Karbunara” Secondary School (2014–2015); director of “Kristaq Capo” Secondary School (2015–2016); and again deputy director of “Shyqyri Lakra” (2016–2020).

Since 2021 she has been Didactic Director of Irfan Ngjeqari Non-Public Gymnasium. She has IT skills in MS-DOS, Windows 98, Typing Tutor, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint. Training includes democratic citizenship education, contemporary teaching aspects, human and child rights in school, and programmes linked to using the “Green Package” in school. For families, her profile is that of a leader with long pedagogical and administrative experience, bringing didactic discipline and care for teaching quality to the school.
